Mothers Toy Store and Food Distribution Program

Big Brothers relies on support and assistances from individuals, businesses and organizations across the entire community to carry forth its mission of helping those that are less fortunate. Each fall numerous businesses, churches, clubs and groups volunteer their time and make donations on behalf of Big Brothers.

From November until the week before Christmas, we work with Toys For Tots and Second Harvest to provide toys and food to families in need through our Mothers Toy Store and Christmas Food Box Distribution programs. Local businesses, schools and churches all over West Wilson County volunteer floor space for our donation boxes, and we urge you to please donate new toys (no wrapping paper, please) and/or food items at the most convenient location. All donations stay right here in our community, so when you shop, do so knowing that your contribution will be helping your neighbors.

Adopt a Family

If you are interested in purchasing toys for a family, we welcome it. Simply send us an Email and let us know how many family members you would like to sponsor, and we will provide you with children's ages, gender, and their "wish list" for Christmas. We can get the toys to your sponsored family, or if you wish, you may deliver them in person. Please Email us for details.

We serve the residents of West Wilson County, beginning at Hwy. 109 on the east and extending to the Davidson County line on the west, and south into Gladeville.
